    Our store is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day. Orders can be collected at the store during these hours, and local deliveries will be processed based on your chosen time window.

    Simply visit our website, browse products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You can select either self-collection or delivery & shipping as your preferred option.
  • Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made online. However, you can contact Customer Service for assistance. Please be aware that this may affect delivery timing.
  • What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable?
    If an item is unavailable, we will attempt to substitute it with a similar product. You can choose during checkout whether you accept substitutions.

  • How will I be informed about the status of my local delivery?

  • How will I be informed about the status of my nationwide shipping?
    We are officially partnered with DPD, and they will also send updates on your parcel status, from collection to delivery. Please ensure you're available during the delivery window to receive your order. For nationwide shipping via DPD, you will receive email notifications or mobile SMS at each stage of the delivery process: When your order is dispatched When your parcel is on its way When the parcel is out for delivery When the parcel has been delivered
  • What happens if I am not available when the driver arrives?
    The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes. If no one is available, your order will be left in a safe place or as per your instructions. We are not liable for any loss or damage once the order is dropped off.
  • Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
    Currently, we do not allow changes to the delivery address once the order is placed. Please ensure the address is correct during checkout. However, we are here to support you, so please contact us ASAP to fix the address before your shipment or local delivery order is dispatched from our store.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order as follows: Swift Delivery: Free cancellation before order dispatching. After dispatching, it cannot be cancelled. Same-Day Local Delivery: Free cancellation before order dispatching. After dispatching, it cannot be cancelled. Next-Day Nationwide Shipment: Free cancellation before order is shipped. After that, it cannot be cancelled. Self-Collection: Free cancellation within 10 minutes of placing the order. After that, the order cannot be cancelled. Note: Any order cancelled at the last minute (especially if it contains perishable items like customised meat or frozen goods) will not be refunded. We will also charge a £1.99 restocking fee from your refundable amount.
  • What happens if I miss my delivery or collection time?
    Swift Delivery: The driver will leave your order at your doorstep. No refunds are provided for damages. Same-Day Local Delivery: If missed, your order will be left at your doorstep. No refunds for damages. Nationwide Shipment: DPD will follow up before the delivery time to ensure accuracy. If you fail to collect the parcel, DPD may attempt a second delivery. However, if perishable or frozen items are affected in quality, it will not be our responsibility. Self-Collection: Orders must be collected within 2 hours. Please add a note while placing the order to select a preferred pickup time, so we can make the order ready accordingly.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a seamless checkout experience: Apple Pay Google Pay PayPal All major debit and credit cards Additionally, we offer the option to pay in 3 instalments through PayPal (PayPal Credit), allowing you to split your payments over time. Simply choose your preferred payment method during checkout for a smooth and secure transaction!
  • Will I be refunded if I miss my collection or delivery?
