How are delivery charges structured based on distance?Delivery charges are based on zone structures. For orders within 3 miles, the standard rates apply: Scheduled Delivery: £3.99 - £7.99. Swift Delivery: £5.99 (Bury area only) For distances beyond 3 miles, additional delivery charges will apply. The exact fee will be calculated during checkout, depending on the distance of the delivery address.

What happens if I am not available when the driver arrives?The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes. If there is no response, your order will be left in a safe place as per your instructions. Please note that we are not liable for any damage or loss after the order is dropped off.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?Currently, we do not allow changes to the delivery address after placing an order. Please ensure that the correct address is provided at checkout.

Can I cancel my delivery order?You can cancel the order by visiting the "My Orders" section of your account. You can cancel your order based on the following conditions: Swift Delivery: Free cancellation within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, a £1.99 cancellation fee applies if the delivery hasn't been dispatched. Scheduled Delivery: Free cancellation is available up to 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time slot. Cancelling within 3 hours will incur a £1.99 cancellation fee. Self-Collection: Free cancellation is allowed up to 45 minutes before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations after this period will result in a £1.99 minimum service fee.
